We are currently seeking a permanent Clinical Nurse Manager to join our client at their facility just a 2.5 hour drive south of Perth. The organisation prides itself on being Australia's leading Aged Care provider with 59 residences nationwide. With a distinctive and particular approach to Aged Care, all residents are treated with outstanding and compassionate care.

This opportunity will see you working closely with the Facility Manager which will involve the planning, implementation and monitoring of the clinical care needs of the residents as well as providing clinical support and guidance to your staff. As Clinical Nurse Manager your focus will be the delivery of Person Centered care, concentrating on Quality of Life for residents.

You will be highly involved in achieving and maintaining the facilities ACFI and occupancy targets and ensuring staff are adequately trained in their documentation. You will ensure safe work practices and an environment that includes the adoption of sound, compliant Occupational Health and Safety legislation. Building close relationships with residents, families and staff will be key to your success.

As a key team member, you will require previous experience at a senior clinical care level within the Aged Care sector. You will have outstanding leadership and influencing skills with effective interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. You will have a demonstrated ability to understand financial management principles and interpret financial reports as well as a strong knowledge of legislation and standards pertaining to Aged Care.

Crucial to your success in this role will be your nursing background along with current registration with AHPRA.
