Mine Geologist Underground
This is not a rudimentary production role where you have no impact on the bigger picture. This role is designed to attract a leading Underground mine geologist who has the capacity and inclination to grow into a significant Senior Mine Geologist in the expansion.
This expansion includes moving from multiple pits to adding an underground operation and doubling the exploration budget.
Ideally you will help get things set up for the underground then move to a Senior role in 12 to 18 months, expanding a team underneath you. Back to back with Senior overseeing site on your swing and 4 technicians.

You will be entitled to annual production bonuses and will have this pro-rata upon joining the group. With a focus on gold mining and exploration, this group is ambitious to extend their current assets.
Criteria: Minimum of 3 years mine geology exp, 2 yrs specific to Underground and B. Sci Geology (Masters/Honours highly regarded).
